Usually meeting or telephone conversation helps us to understand our buyer's requirements. Together we will go through the main criteria’s of the ideal property or an investment search to establish the main points of what our buyer is looking for.

Tailored Residential or Commercial property search

London Relocation Consultancy will research the properties meeting our buyer's criteria's from our own instructions and instructions of our partner agents and will prepare a short list of properties for our buyer to choose from with our comments and suggestions. Our short list and advice usually help the buyer to save their valuable time in viewing the most suitable properties for them. We will arrange the visits of all selected properties and will point on all the main aspects of each property.

Purchasing process

Once our buyer has selected the property which suites their criteria, we will help to negotiate with the vendor.  Once the offer accepted, we will suggest the best solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other contacts our buyer might need. We will be involved in the whole process of buying from the beginning until the end just to make sure that all the parties involved do not delay the purchase process.

Assistance after the purchase

Once our buyer has purchased an investment with us, we can assist by renting the property out and managing it. If it was a purchase of a family home, we will help to manage client's relocation. We will recommend good property and immigration solicitors, insurance companies and accountants to include interior designers, furniture companies and cleaners. If requested, we can also help to put the names on the utility bills, help to organise telephone and broadband connections etc.
